  • Mr. Pauli oversees the daily operations of Pauli Engineering, Inc. His duties include establishing mid and long-term policies for the Company and implementing the necessary plans to accomplish such goals:
  • Marketing: Contact prospective clients and introduce the company’s services to them. Negotiate fees and contract terms.
  • Hiring: Interview and train new employees. Decide on salaries and promotions.
  • Project scheduling and coordination; internal peer work review.
  • Equipment: Select hardware components and software programs required to provide engineering services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Special projects and investigations.

EXPERIENCE:


1995 - Present - Pauli Engineering, Inc. - Fresno, CA

  • President of consulting and investigative engineering firm. During these years the Company has designed multiple residential and commercial buildings throughout the State of California under his supervision.
  • ​Since 1999, after joining the Investigative Engineers Association (I-Eng-A), Mr. Pauli has been in charge of forensic work and litigation support for multiple insurance companies and Attorneys at Law. He has also served as expert witness on several occasions.
  • In August 2009, Pauli Engineering, Inc. won an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Fresno, which allowed our Company to start work for the Federal Government
